David is a chartered accountant with over 18 years post-qualification experience across industry and practice, ten of which have been spent in the TCI. David has significant experience across multiple disciplines including financial audit, internal audit, IT audit, project management, risk management, data analytics and accounting services, and has spent two extended periods on secondment as Financial Controller for local businesses. David now leads the Advisory and Accounting Services lines of service for the Turks and Caicos firm.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In addition to these academic qualifications, David has also gained several certifications as part of his career development within project management, IT and data analytics.
